About our Area
The Maroochy North Shore, centrally located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, boasts five of the most peaceful seaside villages, including Twin Waters, Mudjimba, Pacific Paradise, Marcoola and Marcoola Beach. These highly sought after locations have enjoyed a steady growth over the last 5 years with the population doubling and investors enjoying a strong capital growth over the past 2 years. In the current market of fewer listings and a higher demand for quality properties it is no longer a buyers market. The Maroochy North Shore has blossomed over the past decade from a quiet fisherman’s village into a desirable seaside retreat.

Mudjimba boasts a lifestyle that is laidback. Hidden in a small pocket, north of Maroochydore and Twin Waters Resort, the beachside village is renowned for Old Woman Island (the one that looks like a whale). Mudjimba is currently hosting three outstanding housing developments, Mudjimba Shores residential estate, Lend Lease’s North Shore Coastal Village and Coast North Beach residential village . Mudjimba Shores, designed with extensive landscaping, a large environmental park and underground power is situated within one kilometre of Mudjimba’s sun drenched beaches. Lend lease’s North Shore has been designed by Lend Lease to be a true coastal village with a distinct beachside character. The carefully designed and fitted villas take in views of the beaches and lagoon so that you feel that you can touch nature at every turn. North Beach Residential Village has been presold to builders with a view to designing and building beachstyle homes. Needless to say Mudjimba is fast becoming a trendy village on the beach.

This suburb is small but unique. Its main attraction is the Mountain itself which, stands majestically, and can be seen for many kilometres. The views from the residential properties are breathtaking of water cascading in wet times. Some residents love to climb Mount Coolum to take in the coastal and rural panorama of the Sunshine Coast. Another attraction is the Mount Coolum (Public) Golf Course complete with restaurant and a wonderful verandah which look up at the Mountain and down through the golf course, very picturesque and a difficult but enjoyable course to negotiate.

Bli Bli has the added advantage of having that country feel as well as being only 10 minutes drive to the Maroochydore CBD, and Sunshine Coasts prestine beaches. Properties range from quality architecturally designed rural homes set in the hills overlooking the canefields and coastline to residential homes scattered through the valleys.
The Maroochy river runs through Bli Bli with a small River Markets Shopping Village catering to all the residents needs. Medical Centre and Primary School are just a few of the other infrastructures that this quite little community have in place. If you visited the Sunshine Coast years ago one of the focal tourist attractions was the Bli Bli Castle.

The conservation and wildlife authority along with the greens are very active on the Maroochy North Shore to make sure that we get it right the first time. In summarising, the past decade has been filled with comments of “we should have bought around the North Shore ten years ago”, ten years from now people will be saying the same thing. The areas proximity to the beach, shopping and it’s central location on the Sunshine Coast, will assure that the capital growth only sky rockets from here. Peter Kennedy First National have been serving the North Shore area for over 10 years, with great success. All staff members live in the area and collectively have 50 years of sales and property management experience. We desperately need properties to sell to our growing list of buyers keen to become part of our lovely natural environment.
